How much does shipping cost?

For International shipments, shipping costs depend on where you live and the method chosen at checkout. See detailed shipping rates in the checkout order.

 

When will my order gets shipped?

Taiwan orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days.

International orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days.

Wholesale orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days.
Please note that we do not ship on Weekend and Taiwan public holiday.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide.

Will I be charged international duties and/or taxes?

Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country's tax and valuation method.

 

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.

 

Delivery time?

Taiwan: Use Taiwan Post, FamilyMart, 2-3 business days.

Hong Kong and Macau: Use SF Express, 2-3 business days.

International: Use Taiwan Post International Express, 4-15 business days.

(Delivery time is subject to the actual delivery by the logistics provider.)

 

Lost package? 

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company, email eversun.te@gmail.com and we’ll get to the bottom of it!

 

Can you ship to a PO Box?

Unable to deliver to PO Boxes at this time and requires a valid street address for delivery.

Can I cancel or modify my order before it gets shipped?

Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! If you’d like to cancel or edit the shipping address on your order, please email us at eversun.te@gmail.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate requests. Our customer experience team is available UTC+8 MON-FRI 11a-7p and requests outside of these business hours are not guaranteed.

While we are unable to modify the contents of orders, we are happy to assist with the return or exchange of any eligible items once you have received your order.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB. All prices are stated in NTD.

 

 

| Product Care and How to Use |

 

Product care

To clean our Polyester or Nylon products, machine wash (or hand wash) cold water and room-dry.

Nearly all of our Canvas or Cotton products are machine wash (or hand wash) cold water. Since heat can be damaging to the integrity of the fabric, we recommend line drying, as it is more gentle (and better for the environment!).

 

Grease stains washing reference

Grease stains can become difficult to remove if left on polyester, nylon and polyester/nylon blends for more than 24 hours.

Method 1: First use a kitchen towel to absorb as much oil as possible. If the grease has hardened, use a dull knife to carefully scrape the grease layer off the surface of the garment, then sprinkle baking soda over the stain and gently rub the stain to allow the powder to penetrate deep into the fabric of the garment. After standing for 30 minutes, wipe off the powder with a dry flannel.
Method 2: Apply a little dishwashing liquid to both sides of the stain, let it stand for five minutes, then soak the clothes in a bucket of water with half a cup of dishwashing liquid for thirty minutes. If the stain is still there, mix the baking soda powder with a little cold water to make a paste, apply it to the stain, let it sit for 30 minutes or wait for the baking soda paste to dry completely before brushing off the powder.
Method 3: Apply enzyme laundry detergent to both sides of the stain, then put the clothes in the washing machine, add the enzyme laundry detergent, and wash with the highest water temperature that the clothes can accept.

What is your returns policy?

Items have a 7-day hold off period after you receive them, free returns, and a full refund to the original payment method or store credit.

Apparel must be in unworn, unused condition. All sales are final and non-refundable.

To initiate a return for an online order, please include the problem and photo, send an email to eversun.te@gmail.com.

Please note: We are unable to cover shipping costs or additional duties and fees charged for international returns.

 

How long does it take to process a return?

Once your return is received it takes our warehouse 5-10 business days to process and check in your return. Once this has been completed we will then issue you a refund. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of your return delivering then please contact us at eversun.te@gmail.com.

 

What if I received the wrong item in my shipment?

Don’t worry! We’ll make it right. If you receive an incorrect item in your shipment, please email eversun.te@gmail.com as soon as possible.

 

Warranty claims

For warranty claims on product purchased outside of www.te-a.com.tw : We’re always happy to answer questions related to our products, but we are unable to process any returns, credits, or replacements for product purchased outside of www.te-a.com.tw .

 

Color and size difference

Color difference: The product will have a slight color difference due to the color rendering of the display, and the product is subject to the actual color.
Size difference: There may be errors in the size due to different measurements, 0.5-1 cm is normal.
